Gratitude ceremony

A practice for remembering what is already sustaining you.

A 90-minute guided practice for cultivating gratitude as a daily discipline. Through a series of simple rituals—shared thanks, reflection, humor, body awareness, blessing the Earth, mantra and prayer—the ceremony trains attention toward what is already supporting your life. The aim is not forced positivity, but persistent appreciation: learning to notice the people, relationships, body, environment and larger systems we so easily take for granted. The ceremony ends with practices that can be carried into everyday life, helping gratitude become less of a feeling you wait for and more of a way of seeing.
